Christian leaders should follow God’s guidance when it comes to providing direction and inspiring others, using God’s word as a foundation for their leadership style. Here we’ll delve into God’s vision for leadership and how we can apply it in our lives.

First, we ought to note that Christian leadership is all about serving. Jesus taught that “Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant” (Mark 10:43). Servant leadership starts with Christ’s example, who came to earth not to receive glory, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many (Matthew 20:28). Christian leaders should adopt Jesus’ model of leadership, being humble, and putting others before themselves.

Secondly, God’s vision of leadership emphasizes the importance of relationship-building.
